Vocational Qualifications
The team at Beacon Education Partnership has been delivering QCF’s and NVQ’s for more than 13 years and is a leading provider of Diplomas in both the public and private healthcare sectors.
Beacon offers a wide range of Certificates and Diplomas that fit within the new Qualifications and Credit Framework. The QCF is a new way of recognising skills and qualifications. It does this by awarding credit for units (small steps of learning), enabling learners to gain qualifications at their own pace along flexible routes.
Over recent years we have established strong working relationships with a number of large NHS Trusts, Care Homes and Domiciliary Care Providers. Our vast experience in the delivery of QCF’s allows us to work flexibily and effectively with a wide range of clients and learners.
We offer a wide range of QCF/NVQ courses at Beacon Education Partnership. At present we offer over 35 different QCF/NVQ’s ranging from Level 1 through to Level 5.

QCF Diplomas: what they are?
QCF stands for Qualifications and Credit Framework. The QCF is a way of recognising skills and qualifications. It does this by awarding credit for units (small steps of learning), enabling learners to gain qualifications at their own pace along flexible routes. QCF’s are based on national standards for various occupations. The standards say what a competent person in a job could be expected to do. As you progress through the course, you compare your skills and knowledge with these standards as you learn, so you can see what you need to do to meet them. You can study QCF’s at work, college, or as part of an Apprenticeship.
